Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Sales professional in Antipolo to drive new accounts and expand offerings for existing clients. You will design coverage plans, gather requirements, and prepare proposals for standard products.

You will also coordinate with Finance and Legal, negotiate with clients, and participate in site visits as needed to ensure successful project progression.

Qualifications

• College Graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering course.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Understanding of electrical industry and products.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop accounts from referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, and other leads.
• Aids in business growth by expanding offerings to existing clients/customers.
• Designs and implements a coverage plan to visit all accounts regularly.
• Gathers requirements and prepares proposals for standard product offers.
• Endorses non-standard inquiries to Design Development Team for evaluation and costing.
• Coordinates with Finance for credit checks and documentation.
• Solicits inputs from Legal Counsel for major contracts.
• Prepares proposals from consolidated inputs and documents.
• Negotiates with client before submission of proposals.
• May join site visits for pre and ongoing projects.
• Coordinates with Customer Service for Sales Order Form and attachments.
• Prepares yearly forecast and budget.
• Monitors progress of projects and sales development.
• Monitors competitor activities and pricing.
