Atlantic Grains Inc in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Team Lead to oversee plant facilities, infrastructure, and sanitary systems, ensuring safety, maintenance, and compliance with FSSC 22000 and government regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Team Lead to oversee the maintenance, safety, and compliance of our plant facilities, infrastructure, and sanitary systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that buildings, utilities, grounds, and non-production areas are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards, food safety requirements (FSSC 22000), and applicable government regulations.
The EHS Team Lead will supervise facility maintenance activities, civil works, sanitation programs, pest control, contractor performance, and preventive maintenance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position also plays a key role in audit readiness, regulatory compliance, food safety programs, emergency preparedness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Lead facility and infrastructure maintenance, including buildings, warehouses, utilities, drainage systems, and sanitary facilities.
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs and facility improvement projects.
Supervise contractors, service providers, and maintenance personnel to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards, FSSC 22000, food safety requirements, and applicable regulatory agencies.
Coordinate pest control, sanitation, water quality monitoring, and facility-proofing activities.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, monitor KPIs, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to support operational efficiency, risk prevention, and food safety objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or any related 4-year course.
At least 3–5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience in food manufacturing, contractor management, and regulatory inspections is an advantage.
Knowledge of facility maintenance, occupational safety, food safety systems, preventive maintenance, and project management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with FSSC 22000, ISO standards, GMP, and other regulatory requirements is an advantage.
