Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Student Recruitment Supervisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline and convert qualified applicants into enrolled students to help meet enrollment targets.

The role requires coordinating with academic programs and external partners, managing CRM records, and supporting post-enrollment assessments to ensure a high-quality admissions experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Certifications in Sales or Negotiation are a plus.

Role Summary

The Student Recruitment Supervisor supports the end-to-end recruitment pipeline by managing, nurturing, and converting qualified applicants into enrolled students to help achieve organizational enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment & Admissions: Support recruitment strategies to drive enrollment targets; implement recruitment projects and events; deliver a high-standard, customer-focused admissions experience for all applicants; represent the institution at on- and off-campus recruitment events.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with academic programs, internal departments, and external partners (local government units, alumni, industry partners) to support recruitment initiatives.
• CRM & Data Management: Record, monitor, and manage recruitment lead activities in the CRM system; support post-enrollment intake assessments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Certifications in Sales or Negotiation are a plus).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields. Prior experience in Student Recruitment is a plus, but not required.
