Job summary

IEVA in the Philippines is seeking a sales-focused Education Consultant who guides prospective students through consultations, pathway options, and IEVA service packages. You will build rapport, convert leads, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with admissions and processing teams while meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client support.

Exposure to webinars, information sessions, and promotional events will be part of your role, contributing to professional growth and market

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, or education consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English.
• Confidence conducting consultations and discussing IEVA services.
• Ability to build trust, handle objections, and close sales.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up habits.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to learn about international education and scholarships.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other online tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student enquiries and consultations.
• Build rapport, assess needs, and recommend education services.
• Present IEVA packages confidently and convert qualified leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline.
• Assist students with education pathways, course options, applications, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with internal admissions, documentation, and processing teams.
• Generate leads through referrals, outreach, social media, and campaigns.
• Participate in webinars, information sessions, education fairs, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, client updates, and sales reports.
• Meet individual sales targets and performance expectations.
