Enable PH is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Supervisor to drive growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Shopify. You will own brand channels, develop sales and marketing strategies, and monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and expansion.

The role requires 4+ years in ecommerce sales/marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and platform partnerships will be essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in E-commerce sales and marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify preferred).

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: The Ecommerce Sales Supervisor (Shoppee/Lazada/TikTok) will be responsible for driving growth and development of the channels through strategic building and maintenance of Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ecommerce ownership of brands: hitting targets, monitoring stock of the brand, working with relevant teams to ensure the brand is profitable and growing smoothly
• Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Reviewing product listings to ensure optimum store/product ranking and search optimized listings
• Ensuring pricing strategies are executed correctly and effectively
• Providing insights and recommendations to improve website design, user experience (UX), and customer journey
• Developing emerging channels to its full potential while maintaining the existing ones
• Managing relationships with online platforms and service providers
• Staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 4 years of proven experience in E-commerce sales and marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward thinking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field
• Brand Management and Platform Ads experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
