Hebe Beauty Philippines is seeking a motivated EC Specialist to manage Glamfix and Hueds storefronts on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. You will drive sales growth and ensure smooth daily operations while collaborating with marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance teams.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, English communication, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Experience in beauty or FMCG e-commerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee Seller Centers and advertising tools.
• Familiarity with short-form videos, livestreaming, and e-commerce ads.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong data analysis skills.
• Beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG e-commerce experience is an advantage.
