Job summary

Maxx and Bruno Pet Nation Corp seeks an organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end online selling across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will handle product listings, process orders, coordinate fulfillment, and monitor inventory to keep daily operations smooth.

You will support marketing campaigns and promotions, working with warehouse and internal teams to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end E-commerce operations from product listing to order fulfillment.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Experience with live selling is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end E-Commerce operations (product listing to order fulfillment).
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Experience in handling and organizing live selling is a plus.
• Knowledge in product listing, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment flow.
• Able to coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and chat support.
• Basic knowledge in promotions, vouchers, and online marketing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
