Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s online sales platforms, ensuring smooth operations, product visibility, and sales growth. The role involves overseeing product listings, online promotions, order coordination, and performance monitoring across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, and website).
• Monitor daily online sales, orders, and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment and delivery.
• Plan and implement online promotions, campaigns, and platform sales events.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve product visibility.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with customer service when needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and product promotions.

Qualifications:
