Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join Woolworths Market Plus (WMP) teams in a hybrid work environment. The role supports day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, inventory, and expansion of seller programs across our marketplaces.

You will collaborate with vendors, internal buyers, 3PL partners, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or general operations.
• Strong data-focused skills and proficiency with Excel and Google Suite.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams, vendors and sellers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor details, SKU creation and PO lifecycles with high data integrity.
• Monitor stock movements, ASNs and inventory receiving with 3PL and vendors.
• Reconcile ERP inventory with 3PL data and resolve discrepancies.
• Track order flow across marketplaces to ensure timely dispatch.
• Investigate delays and bottlenecks using data analytics.
• Communicate status updates with operations leadership and customer service.
• Ensure seller compliance with marketplace policies and improve performance.
• Collaborate to coach sellers and drive growth across platforms.
