Job summary

Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corp. is seeking an ambitious eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s online platforms, driving sales and improving customer experience.

You will develop and execute strategies across eCommerce, SEO and digital marketing, while monitoring performance with analytics tools. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, IT and Creative teams, you will curate product content, analyze data, and implement best practices to grow digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce operations, SEO, digital marketing, social media and online customer behavior.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM systems and other eCommerce tools.
• Experience with online advertising platforms and data analysis.
• Strong communication, project management, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable and results-driven.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media or eCommerce are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Develop and execute eCommerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and sales using analytics tools.
• Create and optimize product listings and content to improve visibility and engagement.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Creative teams to support online business objectives.
• Research market trends and implement best practices to grow digital sales channels.
• Establish and maintain standards for product content, listings, and platform operations.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable business results.
