Pulse Connect is hiring a Customer Support Associate (Ecommerce Account) to deliver exceptional service by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will provide product and account information and document interactions in the system.

The role emphasizes meeting quality standards and personal/team performance targets, with on-site work in a dynamic ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

Atleast High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
Good to excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards.
Meet individual and team performance metrics.
