Qualifications

• At least high school, senior high school, or college graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite.
