Job summary

Pulse Connect is seeking a Customer Support Associate (Voice) to provide exceptional service by handling inbound and outbound calls from customers at our Ortigas office in Manila, Philippines. You will assist with inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience while meeting quality standards.

Requirements include at least a high school diploma or higher, strong English communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite.
