Job summary

EnableSME, Inc. is seeking a back-office administrator to support ecommerce operations across multiple brands. You will focus on data mining, CRM upkeep, order processing, and daily admin tasks to keep the businesses running smoothly.

You will work with Shopify, Hubspot, Excel, and Claude AI, with a strong emphasis on reporting and data-driven insights to improve KPIs. Experience collecting quality leads and maintaining accurate databases is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in data mining across multiple brands.
• CRM management experience across platforms.
• Solid SEO writing experience for blog/content.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Data mine key industries, target demographics, and prospect lists across multiple brands.
• Make minor website changes (content updates, product uploads, small edits) in Shopify.
• Write and publish SEO blog content daily to support organic growth across brands.
• Maintain accurate records, customer databases, and order tracking.
• Maintain and update customer and contact records in Hubspot across all brands.
• Review and process incoming bulk/corporate order lists and enter into systems.
• Handle recurring admin tasks (data entry, file org, ad hoc reporting).
• Provide occasional back-up for customer inquiries via email.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support initiatives.
