Job summary

ZigZag Philippines is seeking a part-time Ecommerce Admin Support Assistant to maintain Shopify and BigCommerce stores, manage product listings, and keep data clean and consistent.

You will also drive on-page SEO improvements, create keyword-aware content, and monitor organic performance to improve customer findability while adapting to shifting ecommerce priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years ecommerce admin experience.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or BigCommerce.
• Strong Excel skills and data management abilities.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing product listings and maintaining data consistency across Shopify and BigCommerce platforms.
• Cleaning, updating, and validating ecommerce data.
• Editing and organizing product images.
• Conducting SEO research and optimizing product metadata.
• Implementing on-page SEO improvements and keyword-aware content creation.

About the role

This part-time Ecommerce Admin Support Assistant role entails maintaining accurate, well-optimized Shopify and BigCommerce stores through day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing product listings, cleaning and updating data, editing and organizing product images, and ensuring data consistency across platforms. Additionally, the role involves ongoing website optimization activities including on-page SEO improvements, keyword-aware content creation, backlink building, and monitoring organic search performance to enhance customer findability.

Key responsibilities

• Managing product listings and maintaining data consistency across Shopify and BigCommerce platforms
• Cleaning, updating, and validating ecommerce data
• Editing and organizing product images
• Conducting SEO research and optimizing product metadata
