Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin including products, orders, inventory, collections, discounts, markets, shipping
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for customer inquiries
• Exceptional attention to detail for high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; document processes and report deliverables on time

Responsibilities

• Shopify Administration – Manage products, variants, collections, tags, inventory, metafields and other catalogue information, ensuring data remains accurate and up-to-date
• Order Management & Customer Support – Process returns, refunds, cancellations, order amendments and other customer requests with professional support
• Order & Fraud Monitoring – Review order issues and fraud flags and resolve per business processes
• Pricing & Promotions – Set up and maintain discounts, promotional pricing, price lists, and Shopify-based promotions
• Markets, Tax & Shipping Management – Assist with Shopify Markets, tax settings, shipping profiles and configurations
• Shopify App Management – Support integrations and troubleshoot issues across the Shopify app ecosystem
• Catalogue & Website Maintenance – Perform bulk catalog updates using CSV and Shopify bulk editing tools; assist merchandising and basic SEO
• Process & Operational Support – Maintain process docs, meet deadlines, provide status updates, identify areas to improve workflows
