Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce, particularly in the fashion/apparel industry.
• Proficiency in email marketing with Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Sales & outreach skills: ability to assist with sales and manage email outreach effectively.
• Payment collection experience in wholesale or e‑commerce environments.
• Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling emails.
• Part‑time availability with flexibility to adjust hours as needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives by managing email outreach for campaigns, collections, and follow‑ups to collect orders from wholesale accounts.
• Execute email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, using Klaviyo and follow up with clients and customers to drive engagement and sales.
• Assist in managing online sales channels, focusing on B2C operations and ensuring product listings are optimized for conversion.
• Assist with the collection of orders and payments from wholesale and B2C customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Help manage relationships with over 100 global accounts, providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Generate reports on sales performance, email campaign effectiveness, and order collection status and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
