Job summary

Juan Gadget is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily e-commerce warehousing activities at Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila. You will supervise a team, optimize processes, and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment across platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years in leadership, plus familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Experience with online order fulfillment and e-commerce operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Manage end-to-end fulfillment from online platforms and company channels.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels with regular stock monitoring and cycle counts.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff to hit productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time dispatch.
• Coordinate with E‑Commerce, Logistics, CS, Purchasing, and Sales teams for order fulfillment.
• Handle returns, cancellations, damaged items, and order-related exceptions.
• Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements to reduce errors.
• Optimize layout, storage, manpower, and fulfillment processes.
• Ensure proper handling, security, cleanliness, and organization of stock.
• Prepare regular warehouse performance reports with management recommendations.
• Ensure readiness during peak periods and major online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, checking, packing, staging, and dispatch.

• Manage the end-to-end fulfillment of orders from online platforms, marketplaces, and the company’s e-commerce channels.

• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock monitoring, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and fulfillment targets.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, fulfillment turnaround time, productivity, and on-time dispatch.

• Coordinate closely with the E-Commerce, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Manage returns, cancellations, damaged items, and other order-related exceptions.

• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs, workflows, and process improvements to improve efficiency and minimize errors.

• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, manpower allocation, and order fulfillment processes.

• Ensure proper handling, security, cleanliness, and organization of all warehouse stocks.

• Prepare regular warehouse performance reports and provide recommendations to management.

• Ensure operational readiness during peak periods, major online campaigns, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations, preferably with e-commerce or retail experience.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and end-to-end warehouse operations.

• Experience handling online order fulfillment and e-commerce operations is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software.

• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume operations.

• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays when required.
