Job summary

Lucky Huarong Technology Inc. is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Representative with e-commerce experience to blend service with selling across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and website portals.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, handle returns, upsell, and collaborate with logistics to keep customers satisfied while driving revenue.

Strong English communication is essential; Tagalog fluency is a strong plus in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support or Sales Representative in e-commerce.
• Strong English communication; Tagalog fluency a plus.
• Proven ability to drive sales, upsell, and close leads via chat.
• Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent problem solving and multitasking in high-volume environments.
• Organized with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, social media, email, and phone and handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and order-tracking issues.
• Proactively assist browsing customers, answer product questions, upsell, and convert chats into orders.
• Manage and process orders, cancellations, and modifications across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and website portals.
• Collaborate with warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain store ratings and response rates by providing fast, helpful responses and gather insights to improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate logs and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
