Job summary

LGU International Mfg. Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist – Retail to manage daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.

You will ensure accurate listings, optimized visibility, and timely fulfillment while coordinating with inventory and logistics teams. The role involves supervising promotions, campaigns, and pricing consistency, plus analyzing sales data to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace operations, or similar role preferred.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with data reporting.
• Knowledge of online merchandising, inventory management, digital promotions, and order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new e-commerce tools, technologies, and marketplace processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
• Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and product specifications.
• Ensure products are properly categorized and optimized for visibility and conversion.
• Monitor store performance and ensure all online channels are updated and operational.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and update product availability across platforms.
• Ensure consistency of product information, pricing, and promos across channels.
• Execute online promotions, discounts, vouchers, bundles, and campaigns.
• Participate in marketplace campaigns and seasonal sales events.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
• Monitor online orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
• Address customer inquiries promptly with the customer service team.
• Maintain compliance with marketplace service standards and seller performance requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign results.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, pricing guidelines, and company procedures.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
