Job summary

Best Resource Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to grow online sales across Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role focuses on turning brands into trends and driving conversions through tailored content and campaigns.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in major platforms, a solid grasp of algorithms, and strong communication and time management skills. Field-based, full-time position with ASAP start in Laguna, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok e-commerce or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok).
• Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive sales.
• Develop engaging content strategies tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Ensure smooth integration and operation of e-commerce tools such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Shop.

• Based in or willing to work in Canlalay, Biñan, Laguna
