Job summary

World Class Concepts Corporation is seeking an organized E-commerce Operations Assistant to manage online orders, coordinate promotions, and support inventory tasks in Metro Manila. The role uses Google Sheets, Canva, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to keep order flow smooth across Lazada and Shopee campaigns.

You will monitor order status, prepare Sales and Warehouse shipments, handle price updates and stock replenishments, and assist the marketing team with promotional materials and livestream

Job description

• Process and monitor online orders across all e-commerce platforms using Google Sheets and other required tools. (Order Exportation, Ready to Ship and Manifestation)
• Create Sales Orders and Warehouse Shipment orders through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
• Ensures item price update and stock replenishments for order fulfillment
• Monitor order status, cancellations, returns and monitor courier pick-up schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and file penalty appeals for Late Shipment Rate and Non-Fulfillment Rate/Points caused by valid operational or courier-related issues.

B. Marketing & Promotions

• Participate in Lazada and Shopee campaigns and promotions, including platform campaigns, manual discounting, Flexi Combo, vouchers, and other promotional tools.
• Prepare quarterly E-Commerce Marketing Proposals, including supporting attachments, at least one month before the start of each quarter.
• Develop promotional concepts and recommend suitable discounts, freebies, vouchers, and campaign mechanics based on sales objectives.
• Use Canva to create promotional and marketing materials such as proposal visuals and attachments, brand cover photos, special promo cover photos, thank you cards and vouchers
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team regarding approved promotions and campaign schedules.
• Ensure approved promotions are correctly implemented by checking store decorations, banners, product discounts, vouchers, and other campaign elements before the campaign.
• Suggest creative strategies and contribute ideas through brainstorming to achieve monthly sales quota
• Can do Livestream in Tiktok and Shopee and handle multitasking .

C. Product & Inventory Management

• Check and update the items affected by price increase
• Identify potential sale items from warehouse (e.g., clearance sale or non-moving items) for listing online
• Support warehouse during peak season (double digit sale, weekend and holidays) by segregating items and assisting with high-volume order packing
• Reply customer for product inquiries and complains (e.g., item actual photo, delivery issues, damaged items, refund and voucher claims)
• Reply on customer’s feedback and address customer’s negative feedback about the item

E. Administrative Support

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate Supervisor
