Job summary

SUNCOAST BRANDS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Operations Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end order processing, fulfillment, and accurate inventory across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other platforms.

You will handle customer service, after‑sales concerns, and claims; monitor marketplace KPIs and performance; manage product listings and content; and assist with campaigns, promotions, and vouchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
