About the Role
The E-Commerce Specialist manages the company’s online sales platforms, website, and live selling operations to ensure accurate product listings, smooth execution of promotions, and strong sales performance. This role monitors daily sales, inventory, and platform metrics, analyzes performance data, and coordinates with Marketing and Sales teams to drive online growth and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
Online Shopping Platform Management
- Upload new products and update existing products with correct pricing, complete descriptions, high-quality images, accurate variants (size, color, etc.)
- Update product prices based on approved promotions.
- Create and activate marketing initiatives inside platforms such as platform vouchers and discounts, bundle deals, flash sale participation, campaign entries etc.
- Monitor daily orders, sales volume, cancellation rate, return rate
- Ensure all products are in stock in the system and no overselling occurs
- Conduct competitor price checks at least once per week.
Website Management
- Upload all products to the website and ensure correct pricing, accurate inventory sync, proper product categorization
- Update homepage banners, promotions, featured products regularly or as scheduled
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rate, checkout issues
- Coordinate with marketing for website campaigns.
Sales Monitoring & Daily Tracking
- Track daily sales from all platforms
- Maintain a weekly sales summary sheet
- Track live selling performance per session
- Identify top 10 best-selling SKUs monthly
- Identify slow-moving inventory
- Submit structured reports to Head of Sales every week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce platform management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with live selling operations or live commerce management is an advantage
- Strong understanding of online sales processes, promotions, and digital campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare structured performance reports.
- Knowledge of inventory monitoring and stock management within online systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for sales tracking and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willing to work in Imus City, Cavite
