Job summary

Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior e-commerce and digital marketing leader to drive the digital shelf, optimize marketplace presence, and strengthen CRM-driven retention across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

The role requires overseeing campaigns, content, SEO, marketplace marketing, live selling, and performance analytics, with proven experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects within consumer goods and omnichannel settings.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce websites and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong background in campaign planning, digital content, SEO, CRM, marketplace marketing, live selling, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.

• Digital Shelf and Marketplace Management across major platforms.
• SEO and Discoverability optimization for product listings and campaigns.
