Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience in supermarket operations, retail, e-commerce, order processing, customer service, inventory, or a related field is advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
• Requirements need to comply: [Government Mandatories, NBI or Police Clearance, Health and Mayors Permit]

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and monitoring costumer order across e-commerce channel, including Grocery Delivery, Yellow store and Concierge Services.
• Ensure real time order status updates and compliance with standard operating procedures to support on time and complete order fulfillment
• Ensure timely and complete fulfillment of costumer orders and supervises the In - Store Grocery Delivery Team to maintain operational standard and service quality
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, substitutions, availability, or other order-related concerns when required.
• Maintain accurate records of processed, completed, cancelled, and pending orders.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and order-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Report discrepancies involving inventory, pricing, order quantities, or system transactions to the appropriate department.
