Job summary

FNT CLOTHING CORP. is seeking an E‑Commerce Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day fulfillment operations in Meycauayan.

You will manage manpower planning, scheduling, training and performance of Refiller, Picker, Packer and Dispatcher teams to ensure accurate, efficient and on‑time order processing. The ideal candidate has hands‑on knowledge of end‑to‑end e‑commerce fulfillment, including marketplace orders, inventory checks, packing, dispatch and meeting shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in e‑commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, order processing, logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience supervising warehouse or fulfillment personnel.
• Knowledgeable in e‑commerce order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Experience handling high‑volume e‑commerce orders is highly preferred.
• Strong manpower planning and scheduling skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end e‑commerce order fulfillment process across receipt to dispatch.
• Monitor marketplace orders from Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop and ensure on‑time fulfillment.
• Plan daily manpower for Refiller, Picker, Packer and Dispatcher.
• Train and coach fulfillment staff on picking, packing, replenishment and packing standards.
• Monitor order accuracy, avoid wrong/missing items and ensure correct waybills.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs like on‑time dispatch, order accuracy and same‑day fulfillment.
• Implement process improvements and SOPs for peak campaigns and routine operations.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and shipping deadlines.
• Prepare daily/weekly fulfillment reports and communicate findings to management.
