Job summary

Nura Cosmetics OPC in Quezon City is seeking an Operations & Finance Admin Coordinator to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and basic bookkeeping. You will support the CEO and liaise with suppliers and customers to keep the business running smoothly.

The role covers end-to-end e-commerce order monitoring on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, purchasing, inventory control, and tax compliance with BIR filings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce seller centers (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) and basic bookkeeping.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a major plus and familiarity with Philippine tax compliance (BIR) and inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce customer care and order monitoring across Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopee dashboards.
• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment: packing, dispatch, courier pickup daily.
• Coordinate purchasing of raw materials and packaging; liaise with suppliers locally and internationally.
