Job summary

Reboot PC in Quezon City is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to oversee our online store presence and growth across TikTok and Shopee. You will upload products, write descriptions, add images and pricing, and coordinate with the supply chain to keep stock aligned with demand.

You’ll analyze traffic and sales using Google Analytics, optimize UX for higher conversions, and drive marketing campaigns across SEO, email, PPC, and social ads.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing online store presence across platforms.
• Ability to optimize product listings for conversions.
• Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and promotions planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website TikTok and Shopee.
• Upload and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or warehouse teams.
• Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email marketing, PPC, social media ads).
• Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure accurate order processing, payment systems, and shipping integrations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
