Job summary

Lachicae Curtain Shop in the Philippines seeks an E-Commerce Admin Supervisor to oversee daily management of Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada listings, orders, and inventory. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and smooth customer experience.

You will supervise the E-Commerce Admin team, coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments, and prepare regular reports for management. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in E-Commerce or online platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada preferred.
• Experience managing product listings, orders and inventory.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada accounts.
• Ensure product listings, prices, descriptions, photos, variations, and stocks are updated.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Fulfillment, Production and other departments.
• Check online inventory and coordinate stock updates with Inventory/Warehouse.
• Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, chats, and concerns related to orders.
• Supervise daily activities of E-Commerce Admin staff.
• Prepare and submit regular E-Commerce reports to management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Inventory, Production, Fulfillment, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and requirements.
