This full-time role supports day-to-day online operations, from product listings and inventory to order processing and customer support coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce administration or retail admin roles.
• Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and coordinate inventory to prevent stockouts or oversells.
• Process and track online orders ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate with buying, merchandising, and operations teams on launches and promotions.
• Maintain e-commerce databases including customer data and transaction history.
• Support promotional campaigns, discount codes, and special offers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve e-commerce issues promptly.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies for online sales.
