• Experience liaising with suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing semi-automated systems so day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Catch, flag, and follow through on data mismatches, bugs, and errors across platforms.
• Compile clear, accurate daily reports on store operations and performance.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors and follow up to keep orders on track.
• Keep tabs on competitors, pricing trends, product listings, and relevant forums.
• Collect and organize data and insights to inform owner decisions.
• Take care of general admin tasks and customer follow-up.
• Handle product certification paperwork including organic, vegan, and EWG documentation.
• Keep records and listings accurate across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
