Job summary

PVGC is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to support daily e-commerce activities, supervise a small team, and document efficient SOPs. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, KPI tracking, and cross-department collaboration to improve processes and performance.

The candidate will develop and monitor SOPs, generate routine reports, and provide actionable recommendations based on operational data, contributing to scalable e-commerce operations and better service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations is required.
• Experience in team supervision or performance management.
• Proficient in SOP creation and process documentation.
• Experience in creating and managing KPIs.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills; ability to interpret data.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and monitoring day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Supervise team members and monitor individual and team performance.
• Create, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures or SOPs.
• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators or KPIs.
• Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Identify process gaps, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
• Ensure that operational processes, deadlines, and company standards are consistently followed.
