Job summary

EXIMZ PHILIPPINES INC. is launching a new Korean cosmetics brand in the Philippines and seeks a hands-on E-commerce Marketing Associate to drive it from zero to a strong online presence across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

You will own store operations, plan and execute the launch, build an affiliate and creator network, run ads and live selling, and turn early traction into steady sales while ensuring brand growth.

Qualifications

• Understanding of full e-commerce store operations.
• Experience launching a brand or product from zero is a plus.
• Experience building affiliate/creator networks and coordinating with influencers.
• Ability to read and analyze e-commerce metrics and act on insights.
• Experience planning campaigns and promotions and running ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GTM plan for the Korean cosmetics brand in the Philippines.
• Lead the end-to-end launch across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
• Build brand awareness and establish presence in the Philippine beauty market.
• Create and manage affiliate/creator networks and onboarding.
• Run product seeding campaigns to generate reviews and buzz.
• Plan and execute launch campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and live selling.
• Manage day-to-day store operations: listings, inventory, orders.
