EXIMZ PHILIPPINES INC. is hiring an E-commerce Marketing & Affiliate Specialist to build a Korean beauty brand from 0-to-1 in the Philippines.
You will drive brand-building across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, manage paid campaigns, grow an affiliate network, and coordinate live-selling programs. The role requires hands-on execution, content planning, performance analysis, and the ability to scale the business from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce marketing on regional platforms.
- Experience with campaigns and promotions planning.
- Ability to manage affiliates, creators, and influencers.
- Familiarity with live-selling planning and coordination.
- Basic content creation/editing skills using Canva/CapCut.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Philippine cosmetics market.
- Build brand identity and online presence from the ground up.
- Plan campaigns, promotions, and platform events.
- Identify traffic, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate live-selling campaigns and scripts.
- Track e-commerce metrics and derive actionable insights.
