Job summary

LANEIGE Philippines is seeking a dynamic leader to own the TikTok Shop, drive BAU operations, mega campaigns, product launches, livestreams, and promotional activities. You will oversee video, livestream, affiliate, and paid media efforts to hit GMV, net sales, and profitability targets, monitor KPIs, and scale high-performing content and partnerships.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing and at least 3 years in ecommerce management, with preference for TikTok/Content

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
At least 3 years of ecommerce management experience.
Experience with TikTok/Shopee content commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead TikTok Shop as the primary brand owner across BAU operations, Mega Campaigns, product launches, livestreams and promotions.
Plan and execute campaigns, live streams, and promotional activities to drive GMV and net sales.
Drive and optimize TikTok video, livestream, affiliate, and paid media initiatives to meet profitability targets.
Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement recovery actions to maximise performance.
Scale high-performing content, creators, livestream formats, and sales mechanics across campaigns.
Provide strategic guidance to junior team members and share best practices across brands.
