Job summary

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Account Officer to manage and grow our key online marketplace accounts across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and more. You will drive sales growth, oversee platform operations, campaigns, and commercial performance.

You will own monthly targets, monitor GMV, AOV, conversion, traffic, and ROAS; plan and execute platform campaigns; coordinate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and KOLs to maximize exposure and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, key account management, marketplace management, or digital sales.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or Shopify is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with sales data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Own monthly sales targets and growth plans for assigned e-commerce accounts.
• Plan and execute major platform campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Payday, Brand Days, and platform-exclusive campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign participation, pricing, vouchers, bundles, GWP, and promotional mechanics.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure campaign readiness.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor inventory planning with Operations/Warehouse to prevent stock-outs during campaigns.
• Coordinate inventory, pricing, and campaign mechanics to ensure accuracy.
