The ideal candidate will lead campaign planning, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and logistics teams to achieve targets and enhance profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and other online platforms.
• Experience managing online campaigns, promotions, and marketplace operations.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce platform operations and listings.
• Develop strategies to grow online sales, traffic, and conversions.
• Plan and manage campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.
• Lead and mentor E-commerce staff and related teams.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
