Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Key Account Manager for e-commerce, to grow assigned brand accounts, manage live-selling hosts, and optimize performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and more.

You will coordinate campaigns, maintain strong partner relationships, prepare daily to monthly reports, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada.
• Experience in brand coordination and account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned e-commerce brand accounts across platforms.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners.
• Coordinate with brands regarding campaigns, promotions, and product listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
• Manage and coordinate e-commerce/live-selling hosts, including schedules and performance.
• Monitor host performance and ensure live sessions are properly executed.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly account reports.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and other key metrics.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to brands and management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
