Job summary

Oak Drive Ventures, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to own marketplace operations and drive performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.

The role demands hands-on expertise in listings, pricing, campaigns, and affiliate marketing, with collaboration across Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in e-commerce or marketplace roles, direct experience with Shopee and TikTok Shop Seller Centres, and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Direct experience with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Experience with Lazada Seller Centre is an advantage.
• Experience managing marketplace campaigns, vouchers, promotions and other e-commerce mechanics.
• Practical experience in affiliate marketing and/or live-selling operations.
• Experience working with marketplace Key Account Managers.
• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic calculations).
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and seller platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail in listings, pricing, inventory and SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, SKUs, inventory, and store content.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash deals, and other promotions.
• Monitor store health, sales performance, inventory, and campaign results.
• Build relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers and maximize opportunities.
• Manage affiliate and live-selling programs: recruitment, incentives, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and other teams for marketplace readiness.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and campaign reports; identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve marketplace, listing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer issues.
• Lead and coach the Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator.
