Job summary

Manila Hearing Aid Center, Inc. seeks an experienced e-commerce manager to own product listings, pricing, and content across Lazada, Shopee and our online store. You will optimize site performance, lead digital campaigns, and implement SEO to boost traffic and conversions.

You will partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align promotions with stock, forecast demand, monitor ROI, and deliver actionable reports that drive growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and online marketplaces.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve issues to maintain site speed and functionality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute digital campaigns and SEO strategies.
• Analyze and report on campaign and platform performance to maximize ROI.
• Track KPIs such as conversions, sales trends, and customer behavior; generate actionable reports.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics for stock accuracy and forecasting.
• Maintain inventory levels with safety stock and periodic audits.
• Ensure accurate invoicing in the accounting system and coordinate with E-commerce Admin.
• Resolve online order issues with Customer Service and implement loyalty strategies.
• Ensure secure payment processing and compliance with data protection.
