Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an Ecommerce Officer to lead a team responsible for growing its online presence across lifestyle and tech brands. You will oversee ecommerce operations, optimize user experience, and coordinate digital marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement.

The role demands data-driven decision making, collaboration with marketing, product, procurement and fulfillment, and a track record of revenue growth on ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in ecommerce sales, with at least 2 in a lead role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through ecommerce platforms and partnerships.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an ecommerce division, setting clear goals and driving performance across all online sales channels
• Define and implement ecommerce growth strategies aligned with revenue targets and broader business objectives
• Analyze customer data, web analytics, and sales performance to inform decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, product, procurement and fulfillment teams to ensure a consistent and scalable online experience.
• Report on sales, traffic, campaign performance, and customer insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous optimization of the customer journey, including mobile, checkout, and post-purchase experience.
• Managing relationships with online platforms and service providers
• Keep abreast of emerging ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
