GOLDEN ABC, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive growth across online channels. You will build and execute cross‑functional plans, lead an e‑commerce sales force, and collaborate with marketing to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, tracking analytics, optimizing product descriptions for major marketplaces, and identifying new online opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in e‑commerce with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant e-commerce or online sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets via e-commerce channels.
• Strong understanding of major online marketplace platforms and e-commerce operations.
• Experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, promotions, and business development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs an E-Commerce sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Develops E-Commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Implements and utilizes analytics to track sales trend and identifies opportunities for growth.
• Conceptualizes digital marketing initiatives, analyze data, and measure results.
• Creates new opportunities with E-Commerce accounts and identifies marketing opportunities to generate sales.
• Takes part in creating and managing product descriptions for online marketplace platforms.
• Conducts extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major E-Commerce retailers.
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
