Job summary

CommerceLabs is seeking a hands-on Digital Operations Lead responsible for day-to-day execution across our health-supplement brands Nusava, MedChoice, and PrimeMD. You will oversee storefronts on TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon, manage campaigns, and drive cross-team initiatives with a focus on accuracy, pricing parity, and timely launches.

You will coach a team of digital associates and specialists, own the content-to-posting loop, and optimize operations through SOPs and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a digital operations or e-commerce team.
• Proven ability to manage storefronts across multiple channels.
• A track record of planning and executing campaigns and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly operating rhythm, make decisions, and drive priorities.
• Lead a team of digital associates and specialists, coaching performance.
• Maintain storefronts across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon; ensure pricing and promotions parity.
• Own the weekly content-to-posting loop for TikTok; ensure timely posting and account health.
• Manage a monthly campaign calendar with owners, checklists and post-mortems.
• Run the review program using platform-approved methods and track ratings.
