Job summary

HRTx Inc in Taguig is seeking an experienced E-commerce leader to drive growth and manage a high-performing team across marketplaces and internal functions. The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will lead growth initiatives, optimize inventory and operations, and build relationships with internal and external partners to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, commercial or category management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, marketplaces, and supply chain operations.
