Job summary

PUMA in Makati is seeking a Sales Management professional to drive growth across our ecommerce channels. You will monitor sales trends, coordinate with internal teams (logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) for day-to-day operations and campaigns, and plan livestream sessions on Shopee and TikTok.

You will analyze performance metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic and GPM, provide actionable recommendations, manage billing documents, and support monthly/quarterly business reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics required.
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales trends across PUMA ecommerce channels to identify growth opportunities.
• Liaise with logistics, content, marketing, and operations for timely campaigns.
• Plan and manage livestream sessions across Shopee and TikTok and track performance.
• Coordinate with external partners for campaign alignment and product exposure.
• Maintain detailed sales records and support monthly/quarterly reviews.
