Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, online retail and key account management within FMCG.
• Solid background in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities in forecasting, demand planning, and sales performance management to drive decisions and growth.
• Organized, results-driven and capable of navigating a dynamic, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive e-commerce growth by managing online platform partnerships, achieving sales targets, and optimizing channel profitability.
• Manage marketplace operations and online accounts, optimizing visibility, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Budget management for promotions and ROI evaluation of campaigns and platform investments.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting to generate insights and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to maintain inventory health, stock availability, and delivery service levels.
• Work cross-functionally to drive omnichannel growth and seamless customer experiences online and offline.
