Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies across multiple brand portfolios.
• Hands-on experience building and managing affiliate networks and using attribution models.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to align internal teams and external partners.
• Understanding of modern digital marketing channels, CRM integration, and omnichannel approaches.

Responsibilities

• Strategize & Accelerate: Design and launch a multi-divisional e-commerce and affiliate strategy aligned with brand targets and market trends.
• Lead Affiliate Excellence: Recruit, onboard, manage, and optimize a high-performing affiliate network and partnerships to boost conversions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Serve as the main liaison between Brand Managers, Commercial teams, Digital/Marketing groups, and the CDMO to ensure consistent brand voice and campaign execution.
• Analyze, Report & Optimize: Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CAC, traffic, conversions) and use data analytics to optimize campaigns for profitability.
