Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and online sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, consumer behavior, and digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to grow GMV and strengthen brand presence across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Lead initiatives to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee paid advertising, promotions, and analytics to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Manage online store operations, product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory coordination.
• Coach and mentor e-commerce staff, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and emerging trends to expand reach and revenue streams.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and inform business strategies.
