Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, or business analytics.
• Proven experience in strategic planning for large-scale digital initiatives.
• Strong data analytics, BI, and translating data into actionable strategies.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue growth experience.
• Understanding of digital commerce trends and evolving retail models.
